NICHOLAS J. WEBER
OZMOSIS
I'm a puzzled man who goes about
Just trying to fit in
For years, I've been the characters
Lion, Strawman, Tin
In search of unknown reason
Lost somehow in rhyme
My meters always full of change
Never learned to park
I seek some ray of hope out there
For it's been a long time dark
The shadows started casting doubt
On that fateful day
When they killed Jack Kennedy
that blew my mind away
I found myself in armor
when they killed the King
The Martin sings in forest snow
But cannot lift to wing
Help this lion hush the fears
Roaring in his head
The sounds that come
from yellow brick
are those of marching
Dead.
