ALL OF ME

I taped your Willie Nelson album
and I found it in the storage area,
so now I listen to it too much.

Especially, “all of me, why not
take all of me…” on the way to work,
I play it loudly in my Oldsmobile.

Last night at 4:20 AM, I heard
something in the fridge
… and inside were 13 bottles
of Michelob, each with a celery stalk mike…

They were singing their golden caps off –
it really was so cute –
“All of me, why not drink all of me?”
And so I did.
