THIS COLOR IS ADAPTABLE
I've painted my room lavender
a very pale shade ~
my sheets match, and my quilt as well.
It's lovely when the bed is made.
I bought some "American" ornaments
and a wooden hanger for them all
it was assembled, and then
I proudly hung it on the wall.
Last night, as I lay in bed,
At the pinks and lavenders, the red, white and blue
I gazed around the room and thought,
what a beautiful mix and match, this hue.
